WHEN KNOWLEDGE AND SELF-EXPRESSION MEET, LEGENDS ARE BORN!
Books for Him & Her is dedicated to addressing the lack of safe spaces for Ghanaian adolescents to gain comprehensive knowledge about sexual and reproductive health. At Books for Him & Her, we're working to ensure that every young child living in Ghana is enabled to make healthy sex choices and decisions. Since 2018, our team has delivered several trainings to over 1000 young people in Ghana through a combination of a virtual and in-person platform. We are currently creating a dedicated physical space where we can provide on-site sexual health education, skills training, and a place for kids to do their homework or read a story book!
About Us.
Books for Him & Her enables access to sexual and reproductive health resources, skills training, and educational resources for adolescents in Ghana. We aim to enable access to culturally relevant and timely resources that will equip youth with tools that will shape their future livelihoods.

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to provide a safe space for youth and empower them with overcoming barriers to good sexual health and wellbeing. Through education, skills training and access to onsite health professionals, we strive to provide sustainable change within the community.

We are a grassroots organization founded in 2020 with a projected expansion to cover as many young people as we can. We have opportunities for volunteers, supplies and funding at our main center in Ghana. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
